Mô tả công việc
Position Objective:
• To build and lead Coolmate's financial strategy to ensure sustainable development and optimize capital efficiency.
• To serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors in all business and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Financial Leadership (30%): Develop long-term strategies, analyze performance across all business units, and evaluate strategic investment opportunities.
• Financial & Performance Management (30%): Control company-wide budgets, build management reporting systems, and analyze key metrics (Unit Economics, Gross/Contribution Margin).
• Capital & Investor Relations (20%): Manage cash flow, lead fundraising rounds/M&A, and serve as the primary point of contact for investment funds and shareholders.
• Control & Compliance (10%): Ensure accounting standards, internal controls, and financial risk management.
• System & People Development (10%): Standardize financial processes, apply data technology (Dashboards), and develop a high-performing finance team.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Finance, with 4 years as CFO and 5 years in senior management.
• Industry Focus: Preferred experience in Startups/Scale-ups, Ecommerce, Retail, or PE-backed companies.
• Expertise: Proven track record in fundraising and IPO processes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/Master of Finance preferred).
• Certification: ACCA/CPA/CMA/CFA.
• Language: Fluent English (Business & Finance specialization).
