开发医院、大学、机场、办公楼、商场、连锁机构等潜在合作资源。
挖掘适合自动咖啡机投放的高价值场景,并推动合作落地。
建立并维护关键客户及合作伙伴关系。
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with hospitals, universities, airports, office buildings, malls, and chain businesses.
Explore high-value locations suitable for automatic coffee machine placement and convert them into active projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
2. 商务谈判与合作推进 - Business Negotiation & Partnership Execution
负责商务方案制定、合作谈判、合同签署及项目推进。
与内部团队协作,协调设备安装、进场、运营及后续维护。
跟进合作流程,确保项目按计划落地。
Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, close contracts, and drive project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams on machine installation, site access, operations setup, and after-sales support.
Oversee partnership progress and ensure projects are executed as planned.
3. 商业策略与资源整合 - Business Strategy & Resource Integration
分析市场机会、竞争格局及客户需求,制定拓展计划。
整合本地资源,提升签约效率和项目成功率。
探索适合越南市场的合作模式与投放模式。
Analyze market opportunities, competitors, and customer needs to develop expansion plans.
Integrate local resources to improve conversion efficiency and project success rate.
Explore partnership and deployment models suitable for the Vietnam market.
4. 目标管理与汇报 - Target Management & Reporting
完成公司制定的客户开发、签约数量、投放数量及业绩目标。
定期汇报商务进展、项目状态及市场反馈。
维护客户资料、合作管道及业务预测。
Achieve assigned targets in lead generation, contract signing, machine placements, and revenue growth.
Provide regular updates on project pipeline, progress, and market feedback.
Maintain accurate client records, partnership pipeline, and business forecasts.

任职要求 - QUALIFICATIONS
本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、国际商务等相关专业优先。
5年以上商务拓展、渠道销售、大客户销售或项目合作经验。
有医院、学校、机场、商业地产、连锁零售、F&B或相关行业资源者优先。
有整体商业模式相关经验者优先,尤其熟悉 F&B、加盟及代理模式。
具备独立开拓市场、拓展渠道和推进项目落地的能力。
具备优秀的商务谈判、人际关系拓展和资源整合能力。
结果导向,执行力强,能适应频繁外出拜访客户。
会中文或英文者优先,能使用中英越三语沟通者更佳。
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields are preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
business development, channel sales, key account sales, or project-based commercial partnerships.
Existing network in hospitals, universities, airports, commercial real estate, chain retail, F&B, or related sectors is preferred.
Candidates with experience in overall business model development are preferred, especially those familiar with F&B, franchise, and agency/distribution models.
Proven ability to independently develop markets, expand channels, and drive project execution.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and resource integration skills.
Result-driven, execution-focused, and willing to travel frequently for client meetings.
Chinese or English proficiency preferred; trilingual ability in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese is a strong advantage.

Experience in automatic coffee machines, self-service retail, smart devices, or commercial equipment.

Existing network with government entities, schools, hospitals,
developers, or property management companies.
