Oversee consortium governance and performance, including partner roles, subaward management, technical quality, risk management and timely corrective action.
Lead the decentralized management model across Ca Mau and Quang Ngai, ensuring effective coordination between national functions, provincial teams, direct CRS implementation and subrecipient delivery.
Lead coordination of the project's four interconnected objectives, ensuring person-centered case management links rehabilitation, social services and participation and that policy, capacity strengthening and sustainability are integrated across implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the U.S. Government and senior Government of Vietnam counterparts and represent the project with national and provincial authorities, consortium partners, organizations of persons with disabilities and other stakeholders.
