Job Description
Develop and lead Digital Marketing strategies and execution plans to drive customer growth, engagement, and increase APH3 across target segments and priority products.
Lead customer data analysis through segmentation, GAP analysis, cohort, churn, and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Drive data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, and Next Best Product (NBP)/Next Best Action (NBA).
Oversee User Acquisition, Activation, and Conversion strategies across digital channels.
Drive funnel optimization, CRO, and A/B testing to improve customer conversion and marketing effectiveness.
Lead CRM and Customer Lifecycle Marketing strategies, including customer nurturing, reactivation, loyalty, referral, gamification, and personalized campaigns.
Optimize customer engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through behavioral targeting and automated customer journeys.
Drive the application of CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and BI tools to enhance marketing personalization, automation, and effectiveness.
Leverage customer insights and predictive analytics to optimize targeting and campaign performance.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, IT, Data, and Business teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and optimize customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
Manage team KPIs, marketing budgets, and campaign performance; monitor ROI and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-commerce, technology, finance, or fintech companies.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and growth hacking.
Analytical Ability: Strong ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
