Chuyên Viên Bộ Phận Cắt - Cutting (May Mặc)

Monitoring, executing daily cutting plan by utilizing cutting capacity & resources effectively in order to meet the department goals and strategies.
1. Ensure the effective utilization of cutting department capacity by executing the cutting plan and WIP monitoring system with the objectives of maintain Cutting to production WIP and Budgeted VS actual cut q'ty comparisons.
2. Manage entire cutting department in effective and efficient manner.
3. Ensure the effective machinery utilization in terms of output, Spreading Speed and Cutting Machines utilization. Therefore it's a requirement of maintain records of those activities and guide fellow team members towards targets in effective manner.
4. Ensure and maintain agreed cut WIP for each production module every time according to the Pull or demand of production with best quality.
5. Ensure and maintain proper inter section coordination and Inter department coordination, communication. Also with the outside parties.
6. Ensure and control the re cut process especially with proper process of re cut fabric issuing to module and training programs to the productions team leaders.
7. Innovate new process towards achieve targets with improving process and develop skills of the teams.
9. Develop multi skills among the team.
10. Ensure & execute the embellishment plans in order to meet the production demand as planned and make sure embellishment process are aligned to production demand or pull system.
11. Internal embellishment such as Heat seal, embroidery etc; to plan effectively with best quality.
12. Ensure the developing and maintaining of the standards at the department
13. Ensure to handle all the cut related issue takes place in the production floor day to day with Zero production down time due to cut work issues.
14. As per the production requirement if the cutting capacity needs to improve the holder has to work on shift basis.
