Order Servicing
Maintain and update customer manuals/SOPs.
Clarify and confirm customer requirements for samples and production.
Communicate requirements to internal teams.

Yêu cầu
Experienced in customer service, order management, merchandising, or related roles (preferably in textiles, manufacturing, or export/import companies).
Good command of English.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Customer-oriented mindset, proactive and positive attitude.
