Mô tả công việc
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments focus on technology product.
Collaborate with department heads and HR department to understand organizational goals and training priorities.
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, courses, and materials
Create content for various delivery methods including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
Provide coaching and feedback to participants to enhance learning retention and application on the job.
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field
Ability to work effectively independently.
Candidates with experience in E-commerce, Technology, OTA, digital industry will be preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
