Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Development, Business Administration, etc./ Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành phù hợp như Phát triển Nguồn nhân lực, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Experience in training and development or training administration./ Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đào tạo và phát triển hoặc quản lý hành chính đào tạo.
Experience in compiling reports and evaluating training outcomes./ Có kinh nghiệm tổng hợp báo cáo và đánh giá kết quả sau đào tạo.
Be able to use training management software (LMS, Zoom, etc.)./ Thành thạo trong việc sử dụng các phần mềm
quản lý đào tạo như LMS, Zoom, v.v.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, etc./ Sử dụng thành thạo Excel, Google Sheet và các công cụ văn phòng liên quan.
Proficiency in Korean./ Ứng viên thông thạo tiếng Hàn.
