Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills
Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentation materials
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with SOP of project, best practices when collaborate with operation management team
Prepare and present the training report according to client or internal project request
Agent skill and knowledge - oriented
Review the performance appraisal and organize the discussion of Individual Development Plan

WORKING TIME:
Service time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday -Saturday
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
Fluent in Chinese both written and spoken (TOEIC 650 for English and HSK5 for Chinese) or the
same level
At least 1 year in the same position. (specialized in BPO industry)
Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms is plus
Excellent computer skills with MS Office
Willing to work overtime if needed
