- Identify training needs across departments through surveys, performance appraisals, and consultations with managers.
- Develop annual and monthly training plans aligned with the resort's objectives.
- Prepare and update training materials for onboarding, soft skills, service standards, and job-specific training.
- Conduct internal training sessions and orientation programs for new employees.
- Coordinate with external training providers for specialized courses (e.g., fire safety, foreign languages, technical skills, etc.).
- Monitor training participation and assess post-training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports.
- Support implementation of service excellence initiatives and brand standards training.
- Assist in promoting a learning culture and employee engagement through training-related activities and internal communications.
- Collaborate in developing SOP training and certification processes.
- Ensure training complies with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Yêu cầu
- College or university degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotel/resort/service).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to deliver training in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customer service standards, hotel SOPs, and brand training is preferred.
