TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Profound experience in Golang, Postgres/Mysql
- You have professional experience with cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure), containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with NextJs, Flutter/Dart
- Have advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms and protocol.
- Excellent data analytics skills and ability to explore and identify data issues.
- Profound experience with CI/CD, SCM, Prometheus, Grafana, building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies
- Familiar with mobile game engines and development platforms
- Decent knowledge in payment gateway integration with e-wallets (momo, zalopay, etc.), internet banking, visa master, in-app purchase, etc. is a BIG PLUS.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to an agile team of developers, thus helping them improve their technical and soft skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong professional background in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of developing viable and successful digital products at scale.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile or frontend development.
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with a preference for expertise in Golang.
- Recent and minimum of 04 years in building and leading high-performing software engineering teams, demonstrating effective team management and technical oversight.
- Have a good command of English and can confidently collaborate with external partners/stakeholders.

Notes: For Manager level requirements, recent and minimum years of experience leading and managing a software engineering team should be no less than 4. Plus, he/she must have a proven track record of developing viable and successful digital products at scale.
