Mô tả công việc
1. Take lead in the quarterly and year-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
2. Preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments.
3. Review general ledger transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting records.
4. Preparation of tax-related/statistic reports.
5. Preparation of VAT declaration and FCT declaration each month.
6. Preparation and submission of annual financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Financial Statement Notes, PIT, CIT, etc.).
7. Calculating revenue and Cost-Of-Good-Sold, management accounting report on quarterly/ annual basis as required by the Group and/or for auditing purposes (both internal and external)
8. Coordination with external auditor, tax agent for CIT tax filling process annually.
9. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor / Tax, Finance, Audit or Accounting
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience, preferably with exposure with full sets account
• Prior experience in property development industry is essential; experience in residential market will be an added plus.
• Detail-oriented and strong sense of accountability
• Good management reporting skills
• Good understanding on accounting and tax laws
• Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills at same staff levels and to Head levels.
• Honesty
• Good command of written and spoken English is a plus.
