Market Development & Customer Acquisition: Conduct market research, customer prospecting, and demand analysis for forklift products within the assigned territory. Develop new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Channel Development & Management: Establish and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners within the assigned region. Optimize channel structure and improve channel efficiency to expand market coverage.
Opportunity Identification & Information Sharing: Identify potential business opportunities in the assigned market and promptly communicate market intelligence, customer needs, and sales opportunities to the Product Manager and Regional Director.
Sales Support & Coordination: Collaborate with the Product Manager to support sales activities. Coordinate technical, after-sales, and other internal resources to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing and promotional activities based on regional market characteristics to strengthen brand awareness and market influence.
After-Sales Issue Coordination: Work closely with the Service Manager to respond promptly to customer after-sales requests. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely issue resolution, thereby improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance Management & Risk Control: Comply with local laws and regulations in the target market. Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with legal and corporate compliance requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating trade-related risks.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of sales,
business development, or channel management experience in forklifts, material handling equipment, industrial machinery, logistics, or related industries.
Proven experience in market development, customer acquisition, and dealer/distributor management.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and industrial sectors in Vietnam; existing customer or channel resources are preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Good command of English/Chinese for business communication.
Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam.
