iSMART Education is looking for a
Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is suitable for candidates who are energetic, detail-oriented, and interested in hands-on marketing activities, especially events, school activations, POSM production, and campaign operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events such as workshops, seminars, and school activations. You will also work closely with vendors and internal teams to produce POSM, marketing materials, photos, videos, and other campaign assets, ensuring that all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand direction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, seminars, and school activations.
Work with vendors and suppliers for venues, gifts, POSM, PG/PB, and other event-related items.
Coordinate the production of POSM and marketing materials, ensuring quality, timeline, and approved design standards.
Support logistics for photoshoots, video shoots, and media production activities.
Handle marketing operations, including contracts, payment documents, inventory management, and activity reports.
Collect data and prepare reports to evaluate marketing activities when required.
