Trend Analysis: Research and analyze global and regional skincare trends, focusing on anti-aging ingredients, formulations, and consumer preferences to guide product development.
Product Development: Design and develop an anti-aging skincare line (e.g., serums, creams, masks) optimized for use with beauty devices, ensuring compatibility with LED, IPL, Sonic, EMS, and Radio Frequency technologies.
Manufacturer Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with skincare manufacturers, negotiate contracts, and oversee formulation, testing, and production to meet quality, safety, and efficacy standards.
Synergy Optimization: Work closely with the device team to ensure skincare products enhance the effectiveness of technologies like red, blue, and yellow light therapy, IPL, and Radio Frequency for lifting and anti-aging.
Market Research: Identify customer pain points, preferences, and gaps in the anti-aging skincare market to create competitive, innovative products.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with cosmetic regulations, safety standards, and labeling requirements in target markets.
Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to launch the skincare line on schedule and within scope.
Testing & Feedback: Coordinate product testing (e.g., clinical trials, consumer feedback) to validate performance and compatibility with beauty devices.
Brand Alignment: Ensure the skincare line reflects the brand's values, quality standards, and commitment to innovative beauty solutions.
Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in BioChem, Chemistry, Dermatology, Product Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in skincare or cosmetic product development, with a focus on anti-aging formulations.
Proven track record of collaborating with skincare manufacturers and bringing products to market.
Experience analyzing cosmetic industry trends and consumer behavior.
Deep understanding of anti-aging ingredients (e.g., retinol, hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamin C, niacinamide) and their compatibility with beauty devices (LED, IPL, Sonic, EMS, Radio Frequency).
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to work with manufacturers and suppliers.
Analytical mindset to interpret market data, consumer feedback, and industry trends.
Project management skills to oversee product development from concept to launch.
Knowledge of cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation) and safety standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, device engineers, sales).
