Job Description
Designs and recommends appropriate research, manage execution and interpretation of the results and provide actionable recommendations to Global Business Team and our own subsidiaries
Develop content knowledge for supporting project teams in designing project interventions
Coordinate test screenings internally and externally: Securing appropriate locations and internal approvals, identifying appropriate demographics, coordinating client needs, managing research vendors, assisting in the analysis of results
Create and maintain a number of reporting databases critical to the department programs
Assist in the design, execution and analysis of research in house using different automation and technology tools
Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quantitative models and databases
Execute the implementation of the research strategies for each research
Conduct in-depth analyses and provide insights for business areas with larger challenges, helping clients identify growth opportunities
Communicate research findings both internally and externally - presentations, reports and briefings
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by line manager
Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare comprehensive reports by analyzing and summarizing data;
Support the Business Development Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy and business development activities

Requirements
University degree required, preferably with a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Economics or other analytically focused field of study
Minimum 2 years in market research and/or relevant work experience
Highly web-savvy and resourceful
Highly familiar with technical and research concepts, methods and analysis
Highly developed conceptual skills; able to synthesize large quantities of data into capsule information quickly; and ability to present relevant findings and recommendations in an organized and clear manner
Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels
Strong project management skills - highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables
Extremely proactive and self-motivated. Action bias with a strong sense of urgency
Strong intellectual curiosity and capacity, a continuous learner, highly analytical, good conceptual thinking skills. The ability to see trends or emerging structures
Flexibility to effectively deal with unexpected assignments, short deadlines and changes to workload based on management priorities or client requests.
Ability to work independently and autonomously and be a strong team player
Strong computer skills including MS Office applications and other analytical tools, including database querying (SQL), Tableau, R, etc.
Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening, to effectively build relationships both externally and internally
