Provide legal support on applying, registering corporate documents to the competent authorities.
Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports and legal analysis.
Update changes of new regulations issued by competent authorities promptly and accurately.
Prepare and complete relevant legal documents, contract.
Work directly with the authorities: Tax authorities, Department of Planning and Investment.
Other relating tasks up to direct request.

Yêu cầu
Graduated from University with Law major or related field.
1 - 4 years of working experience in legal field (preferably in a law firm or in consulting service company).
Strong research skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good at communication skills (both verbal and written) in both Vietnamese and English, teamwork skills, positive working attitude.
