We are now seeking members to join our team as Paralegal Interns in Ho Chi Minh City.
Duration: 4 months - Full-time
Working mode: Remote
Work location: Working From Home and locations around Ho Chi Minh City according to work requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION
Research laws and regulations on FDI and related subjects for clients' case studies and projects.
Assist in the preparation of content, inputs and materials based on the legal research required.
Prepare and submit the required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign-invested company in Vietnam
Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on the client's behalf
Represent the Company to work directly with clients in HCMC upon their arrival and/or work with relevant stakeholders such as commercial banks and relevant state agencies, etc.
Collaborate with the Global Business Team in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore to handle clients' queries and participate in their monthly outreach campaigns and the like
Undertake other tasks assigned by the seniors
