Mô tả công việc
1. Cooperate with the
project manager to organize and promote the project progress, complete the tracking and sorting of documents, materials, and samples at each stage, and ensure that the project plan to be completed on time.
2. Contact customers externally, obtain project-related information, understand and respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
3. Internally coordinate various departments and resources, convey customer requirements, and ensure the accuracy of information.
3. Establish good internal and external communication, improve work processes, and enhance the quality of project completion.
Yêu cầu
1. College's degree or above, preferable major in printing and packaging, international trade, finance etc. More than three years of project management experience.
2. Good Chinese in reading and writing.
3. Familiar with Excel and other MS software.
4. Good interpersonal acumen.
5. Strong stress resistance, positive and optimistic.
6. Strong logical thinking and learning agility.
6. Be able to identify and report issues occurred.
