Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support financial operations in our fast-growing IT business. You will work closely with the accounting and management team to ensure financial health and business growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Assist in tracking Business Unit revenue, costs, and profitability (P&L).
Support business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting to drive strategic growth.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing monthly financial performance vs. budget.
Cash Flow & Accounting Support:
Manage cash flow and accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth operations.
Work with accounting teams and give recommendations to optimize cost control.
Financial Reporting & Insights:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports.
Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations & tax laws.
Assist in financial audits and risk assessment.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business finance (the IT industry is a plus).
Good at Chinese (Speaking/ Writing); proficient in Vietnamese.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Knowledge of financial regulations and taxation laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication & ability to work with cross-functional teams..
Nice to have
Good English communication skills (writing & speaking).
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
