Mô tả công việc
• Build internal regulation system and internal legislative documents of the Company;
• Examine, supervise and speed up the drafting, completing and implementing of internal legislative documents;
• Manage, archive internal documents of the Company;
• Update, systemize internal documents of the Company;
• Examine, supervise the compliance of units and the Company with internal documents and Vietnam law;
• Identify, evaluate and supervise legal risks, other related risks to the Company;
• Review, study and asses the impact of new/amended regulations on the Company;
• Promulgate, do training on internal regulations to all staff;
• Complete dossiers and conduct procedures at competent state authorities to change/update ERC, legal documents of the Company;
• Be focal contact to collect documents and provide to state authorities upon request;
• Support the preparation and organization of shareholders' meetings, BOD meetings;
• Support in drafting and reviewing contracts;
• Other tasks as requested by managers.
Yêu cầu
Must have
• 2+ years of experience in Legal field, especially in compliance work
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, capable of using Power BI
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
