RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment
Be mainly in charge of recruitment for positions of Back Office (80%); and support the recruitment for Clinics positions according to Company headcount planning;
Actively seek, build and create recruitment sources;
Manage current talent pool & Develop the storage system;
Be in charge of preparing internal documents related for successful candidates & and implement the on-boarding process for new employees;
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and recruitment service providers to meet the need for candidate resources when needed;
Support the development of yearly recruitment plan and quarterly/monthly/weekly plans according to assigned recruitment targets;
Make weekly reports on recruitment results;
In charge of other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.
2. Employer branding
Plan & propose the appropriate EB activities for both Back & Front positions
Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment through EB activities

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
Bachelor Degree
2. Experience
Have 2 - 3 years of recruitment experience for Back office positions
Experience in the medical/dental field is a plus
3. Skills
Proactive and keen on learning new things
Good listening skill
Good in communication
Know how to listen and communicate well.
Good at data analysis is a plus
