(Cross-border E-commerce | TikTok Shop | Mabang ERP)
Responsible for daily operation and inventory management in the Mabang ERP system, including product creation, SKU maintenance, inbound & outbound document entry, inventory adjustment, and location management to ensure accurate system data.
Coordinate with domestic warehouses, overseas warehouses, and third-party logistics; follow up on inbound, outbound, delivery, transfer, and return processes for TikTok Shop and other cross-border platform orders, and verify logistics and inventory information.
Check daily order status between TikTok Shop and Mabang ERP, handle abnormal orders including interception, re-delivery, and address changes to ensure on-time shipping.
Conduct regular inventory counts, enter results in Mabang ERP, analyze discrepancies between system and actual inventory, and follow up on adjustment applications.
Monitor inventory alerts, timely report stockouts, overstock, slow-moving items, and inventory errors, and assist in optimizing stocking and replenishment plans.
Organize daily and weekly inventory and shipping reports, complete data summary, verification, and analysis using Excel.
Collaborate with operations,
purchasing, and logistics teams to synchronize inventory information and ensure consistency between platform available stock and actual inventory to avoid overselling.
Yêu cầu
College degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in cross-border e-commerce warehouse, inventory control, or ERP operation.
Proficient in Mabang ERP, able to independently complete inbound & outbound processing, order management, SKU matching, inventory counting, and abnormal handling.
Familiar with order flow and logistics rules of TikTok Shop and other cross-border platforms is a strong plus.
Understand cross-border warehousing processes: inbound inspection, picking, packing, outbound, return processing, and overseas warehouse coordination.
Proficient in Excel (filtering, VLOOKUP, PivotTable, data comparison); detail-oriented, responsible, and data-sensitive.
Good communication and coordination skills to effectively cooperate with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams.
Self-motivated, able to adapt to fast-paced e-commerce working environment with high accuracy and efficiency.
Language Proficiency (Mandatory: Chinese or English; Proficiency in both is a strong plus):
- Chinese: HSK 4 or equivalent. Able to navigate the Mabang ERP native interface, read technical documents from Chinese suppliers, and communicate effectively with system technical support.
- English: Intermediate level (Reading & Writing).
