1. The RFQ (request for quotation) process improvement and standard hour assessment, measure each operation department regularly on the actual products man-hour analyses.
2. Monitor the unreasonable phenomena in the production, promote each operation process to solve and reduce manufacturing waste.
3. Track and promote the improvement of EST, QST and AST to optimize production efficiency and reduce manufacturing waste.
4. Fulfil production flow tracking for quality improvement, provide on-site process guidance and process management, drive for the application of new production process.
5. Spot check and ensure the demand and supply and auxiliary materials.
6. Provide initiatives to control and reduce budget spending, waste and inventory waste of operation.
7. Accurate working hours rational. Collect relevant information to promote rationality Ensure the rationality of the quotation of working hours, accurate working hours rational.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. University education or above, major in IE / Electronic or relevant
2. More than 2 years IE working experience in electronic enterprises, with lean experience in electronic PCBA industry is preferred.
3. Work initiative and strong sense of responsibility
4. Strong communication and coordination skills and team work spirit;
5. Strong learning ability and flexible ability;
6. Familiar with various report preparation and proficient in report analysis;
7. Can skillfully use IE tools;
8. Develop the production process for the new products
9. Skilled in operating Excel and other common office software.
