Mô tả công việc
1. Set up new production line: design line layout, equipment, design tooling, jig and fixture, publish indirect material list, standard time, manufacturing instruction and prepare PFMEA.
2. Process improvement for higher effectively, better quality and cost reduction.
3. Support NPI (new product introduction) team.
4. Work with quality engineer to improve first pass yield.
5. Supervise PE technician
6. Ensure all work process, machinery and tooling design and meet health standard.
7. Execute requirements by the safety committee
Yêu cầu
1. Junior college (mechanism or electronic or industrial engineering) or above
2. At least 5 years solid working experience in EMS field (SMT, PCBA, wave soldering, coating, Box build).
3. Good English communication, Chinese speaking will be plus.
