- We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Civil Quantity Surveyors/Estimators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and pricing civil works in line with industry standards and project specifications.
* What You'll Do:
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) based on drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required.
- Estimate and price civil works including earthworks, concrete, drainage, roadworks, and other structural elements.
- Liaise with engineers, client representatives and
project managers to clarify project details and resolve discrepancies.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documentation.
- Monitor project costs and prepare reports as required.
Yêu cầu
* Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 8 years+ experience in civil estimating and BoQ preparation.
* Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Preferred but not must have qualifications:
- Experience working with government or large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Effective Communication
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with international clients.
* Attention to Detail
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Commitment to refining written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor language to suit each client's personality and preferences.
