Main role purpose:
Client Service Executive/ Senior Executive helps ensure clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported. S/he works directly with clients and makes sure all the results meet client's expectation
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, budgets and timelines
Independently handle several projects and make sure everything is on track
Ensure that the Team is appropriately informed and involved in projects
Develop and build good relationship with all clients as well as internal Teams
Be a key contact between client and internal Teams to make sure everyone is on same page
Ensure High Quality and relevancy for Internal & External Reporting
Provide an outstanding client experience across your portfolio
Do WIP report to Client Services Manager

Job Requirements
At least 1-year experience at similar role at production house/ advertising agency;
Related diplomas or equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience required, ideally in a client facing, technology driven role.
Excellent written and verbal English & Vietnamese.
Confident presenter, ideally both in English and Vietnamese
Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external parties
Understands business trends for industry segment/product
Able to work under tight deadline
Must have CAN-DO attitude
