- We are seeking a sophisticated and service-driven Clinic Manager to lead operations, elevate service standards, and ensure every patient journey reflects excellence
Clinic Operations Excellence:
• Oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations with precision and efficiency
• Ensure seamless patient flow and premium service delivery
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, service-oriented team
• Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence
Elevated Patient Experience
• Curate a personalized and memorable experience for every patient
• Handle feedback with grace, discretion, and professionalism
Business Performance
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining premium service standards
• Monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency
Compliance & Coordination
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with HR/Admin on staffing, documentation, and legal processes
Yêu cầu
• A seasoned leader with a minimum of 5 years in management roles
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
• Proven experience in premium healthcare, dental, or luxury service environments
• Exceptional command of English, confident in engaging international clientele
• A refined sense of service excellence and attention to detail
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams
