Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable financial performance. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a patient-centric culture aligned with ACC's values.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management & Staff Coordination
• Oversee daily clinic operations across departments including Front Desk, Doctor Assistants, Therapy/Rehab, Scan Room and Lab Room.
• Provide direct support to ensure smooth patient flow and high engagement throughout the clinic
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional environment at all times
• Monitor and maintain all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal condition and safety
• Uphold standards of cleanliness, completeness, and orderliness throughout the clinic
• Manage duty rosters and shift schedules to support clinic operating hours
• Work closely with the
HR Manager on staff development, training, coaching, and performance planning
• Foster strong teamwork and collaboration between staff and Doctors.
• Promote a patient-first mindset and uphold ACC's values in daily leadership
Compliance to the Authority (DOH)
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards while maintaining operational efficiency
• Prepare the clinic for inspections and collaborate with the Administrative Manager to ensure full compliance and avoid major findings
Marketing & Community Engagement
• Support promotional initiatives including campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships to enhance clinic visibility and patient acquisition.
• Collaborate with the
Business Development (BD) Manager to be primarily responsible for the coordination of necessary resources, such as staff and doctors, to attend events organized by BD Department
Financial Accountability
• Drive clinic performance by monitoring business volume, productivity, expense control, and profitability
• Ensure the care plan packages purchased by Patients will be taken up as scheduled by Doctors.
Patient Experience
• Address and resolve service-related complaints involving your teams (Front Desk, Doctor Assistants, Therapy/Rehab, Scan Room and Lab Room)
• Ensure service excellence across all touchpoints of the patient journey
• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by General Director cum Medical Director
