I. Main duties and responsibilities:
• Establish the 5-axis CNC machining process for leading composite material in the aviation field (training is at place).
• Prepare the work instruction to the serial product incorporated from drawing requirement and process verification trail.
• Consideration of the countermeasure for non-conformity related to CNC process.
• Process improvement and maintenance for serial production.
• Communication/Discussion with overseas customer and engineer in Japan.
II. Supporting tasks.
• Assist to other departments namely Production, Inspection, Quality Control, Production Engineering, Material Control, Production Control,
Purchasing on some related works.
• Other tasks/issues as requirements from Superiors.
III. Reporting/Communicating.
• Direct report to Leaders and Managers, English communication is required.
• Keep the good communication among related members.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated in an engineering-related field, have experience related to CNC.
- English communication is required (email, oral communication).
- Good operation of Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Making drawing with CAD is an advantage
