Develop machining processes for new products, provide designs and machining solutions.
Control the quality of components, optimize existing machining processes to fully meet quality requirements.
Manage, assign, and supervise tasks for the programming team.
Take responsibility for the progress and quality of new products. Complete the handover process and transfer technology to production for mass manufacturing.
Coordinate with departments to resolve production issues and customer requirements.
Maintain teamwork and closely collaborate with colleagues and management on production progress and risk management.
Research and regularly update new technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Report to the CNC Production Manager.
Working Time: Monday - Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Cutting, or related fields.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience / Expertise:
At least 2 years of experience in programming and 1 year in a team leader position.
Strong programming knowledge and proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Inventor preferred).
Deep understanding of machining methods and proficiency in measuring tools (CMM experience is an advantage).
Knowledgeable in operating milling, turning, wire cutting machines, and tooling.
Strong understanding of projections, geometric tolerances, and technical drawings.
In-depth knowledge of cutting tools.
Familiarity with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
Possess mid-level or higher management skills.
