Coating Engineer - Process & Equipment

1. Purpose
Provides engineering analysis, evaluation and coordination on installation, and operation of production to ensure safe operation and maximize quality, yield and budget.
2. Principle Accountabilities
o Provide analysis, evaluation, consultant on problem of production system, equipment to improve production quality & reliability of production equipment
o Provide improvement plan of process, quality of production section to make improvements continuously.
o Review SPC data weekly, monthly to figure out abnormal in process to propose new actions to improve capability of process
o Coordinate and integrate all activities in order that plant equipment and systems are effectively utilized and well-maintained.
o Implement training/refresh training to production operators to keep them well-educated
o Implement & monitor department activities following Quality & Environment Management System ISO9001&ISO 14001
o Review Safety issues and implement 5S program in production area so as to improve safety & 5S in factory
3. Dimension & KPI
o Full authorization in works assigned but limited in final approval
o Cover Safety issue at coating area of the plant
o Cover existing procedures and new procedures in safety, quality and production
o Control top 3 quality, Top 3 process issue in production section
o Control maintenance plan in production section to maintain system stability
o Control production materials plan to keep continuously coating production
o Control records of production materials and do inventory monthly
