Mô tả công việc

Responsible for overall personnel recruiting and selecting activities to ensure adequate staffing at all levels.
Ensure staffing requirements at all levels are met as directed by Collections Department's short- and long-term plans.
Support Line Manager and Head of Collections Department with advice on best practice recruitment and selection.
Develop and maintain an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor market.
Report recruitment progress to managers on a weekly, monthly basis or as requested. Examine headcount plans and recruitment data to identify problems and provide fixes to guarantee and retain skilled human resources.
Handle administrative and HR-related tasks such as probationary reviews, contract renewals, promotions, transfers, and resignation processes in a timely and efficient manner.
Organize internal gatherings or promotion activities on a monthly or quarterly basis to link collection members and promote teamwork and company culture.
Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

Education level, certification:
University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
Experience, Skill:
At least 5 years of working experience in Mass Recruitment;
Candidate with recruitment experience in Collection/ Finance/ Banking is a plus;
Good office computer skills, common English;
Clear and effective communication and presentation skills;
Good networking & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)
Individual Characteristics:
Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment;
High sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
