Job Responsibilities:
Develops color formulas for printing textile and plastic materials and compares customer's sample with standard color card and compares results with sample to determine formula required to duplicate colors.
Selects dyes according to properties desired by customer.
Records color formula and issues formula and mixing procedure to manager.
Prepares color sequence chart.
Compares printed patch with customer's sample to verify color shade and position of design.
Files folder containing color patch and formula for each design for use as printing standard.
Coordinates color shop activities with printing department production schedule.
May inspect printed material to ensure adherence to customer and plant specifications, mix colors, inventory and requisition supplies.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Basic knowledge of Colorist.
Be fluent in English.
We prefer If you've ever seen colors the in fabric factory.
