• Define and execute commercial strategies that expand CareAce's footprint and profitability
• Build and inspire high-performing teams with agility, excellence, and care

• Manage suppliers, partners, and regulators to secure sustainable growth foundations
• Track, measure, and improve business performance with data-driven precision
Yêu cầu
You're probably right for this if:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years' senior leadership experience with P&L accountability and proven retail scale-up success
- Strong expertise in supplier negotiation, category management, and compliant retail operations
- Strategic thinker with analytical depth, cross-cultural fluency, and change leadership skills
- Authentic, resilient, integrity-driven, and passionate about wellness and customer-centric retail
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
