- Coordinate with the Agency and internal departments to plan, implement, and supervise daily, weekly, and integrated communication campaigns, including social media posts, videos, photo/video shoots, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Monitor and review content across the website and all communication platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality visuals; promptly report any discrepancies.
- Build and manage a database of potential KOLs/Influencers, assess collaboration effectiveness, maintain communication, and nurture long-term relationships.
- Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of communication and marketing activities, providing timely recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and maintain an organized data management system, ensuring synchronized and efficient updates across CRM, Mailchimp, and related platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and propose new ideas that help the brand adapt and grow.
- Work closely with FO/Res team to ensure seamless handling of OTA bookings and customer inquires
- Monitor and maintain rate parity across all OTAs
- Handle contract with new OTA partners
- Conduct regular content audits on all platforms to ensure high-quality images, descriptions, and up-to-date information
- Weekly update comp set rate
- Monthly check commission for all OTAs
- Other tasks as needed
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, or OTA management is preferred.
- Good understanding of OTA platforms, hotel distribution channels, and basic revenue management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (PMS/CRM).
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
