The Commercial HRBP Manager is responsible for employee performance improvement, people development, recruiting and engagement initiatives.
1. Talent Requisition
- Determine future staffing needs based on business goals, department demands, and potential turnover.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and competencies needed for each position.
- Work with hiring managers to specify job descriptions, qualifications, and skill requirements.
- Implement the hiring and selection and ensure the hiring process under My Recruiting on the internal system.
2. People Development
- Understand the key business goals and identify the skill gap of the people.
- Build and develop the tools to define the core competencies, success profile, critical positions and skill gap analysis.
- Create the data-driven assessment to identify the talent employees, critical positions.
- Design customized development plans, talent retention and implement the programs.
- Measure and Evaluate development effectiveness and ROI
- Foster a culture of continuous learning.
3. People motivation and engagement
- Do the surveys to gauge engagement levels, gather insights, and identify improvement areas.
- Analyze the employee's survey and closely working with other functions to provide the engagement solutions.
- Create a Culture of Recognition and Reward through the initiatives to promote the innovation, automation and differences.
- Organize the Company events to connect the people at all functions.
- Collaborate with the colleagues to create a strong employer brand through launching the employer branding activities and emphasizing the diversity, equity and inclusion activities.
At least 5 years experience in
HR Manager position at multinational and Commercial Companies.
Strong network with sales / marketing / commercial functions in the market
Deep understanding of market trends, tools, common & best practices in leading the development of a high performing culture and engaged working environment.
Strong at learning and development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Good at psychology, communication, presentation & data analysis.
Good at organization & planning skill
English communication is a must.
