Mô tả công việc
Management of the Merchandise and Im-Export jobs;
Allocate, divide customers of each order for Merchandise and Control all the work of Im-Export staff in order tracking;
Check and supervise to ensure adequate materials and quality on the production line, progress the goods to the line, and expedite delivery on schedule;
Control all information from receipt of order until the order is released from the factory;
Check the shipment and solve the problems related to not of quality;
Support the quality management department in handling and resolving customer requests and complaints;
Report and advise to contribute ideas to the Board of Directors of the Company (if any).
