Development Merchandiser (Textile Sublimation Printing)

1. Communicate with customers:
- Starts from development details as design/ artwork file, printed fabric lay out, pattern file, fabric detail, color standard, light source.
- Clarify with customer if any discrepancies during development and production.
- Take care for sample submission to customer and follow up customer comment.
- Follow up and update development status.
2. Responsible for Development and approval confirmation to proceed Bulk Production:
- Issue Job sheet for development with working in the company system.
- Work out for the details (design artwork, color, print layout, lab test results).
- Arrange approval confirmation/samples to all concerns (Graphic, Production, QC) and update until confirm to start production.
3. Cooperate with Graphic/Color department for order style detail and customer requirement:
- Clarify customer detail/ inquiry of design, printed layout and color to Graphic/Colorist.
- Mention clearly for what is customer key point as Matching color position, design/artwork effect, fixed position on printed layout.
4. Cooperate with Planning, Production and Shipment department for order status:
- Tracking development and production status by working in the company system tracking.
- Follow up development and production status with Planning, Production.
5. Cooperate with QA & Lab for all quality and lab test issue:
- Issue Lab Test Requested to the Lab for development sample and follow up the Test Report to check and send to the customer for reference
