The primary purpose of a Commercial Manager is to ensure satisfaction, retention, excellent operation and growth of key accounts primarily under Cluster #1, Cluster #2 and Cluster #3 under the 5 sectors within Integrated Logistics (Oil & Gas, Dredging, Cable, Renewables, Infrastructure) along with the Group Commercial Team. Clusters are defined as below:
• Cluster 1: Domestic: Work that IL can win & execute locally.
• Cluster 2: Vietnam - European Work: Work that IL we can win from Europe, that is executed in Vietnam.
• Cluster 3: Vietnam- Asia Work: Work IL we can win outside of Vietnam, but the project owners are based in Vietnam.
Strategic Account Management
• Maintain and expand business opportunities with selected key accounts on a regional basis, collaborating with the Group team to drive growth.
• Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Market &
Business Development• Monitor market conditions and track key projects in Vietnam and Asia to support strategic account development.
• Provide insights into industry trends, competition, and customers need to refine business strategies.
• Responsible for driving sales & business development initiatives that are targeted at the Renewables, Dredging, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure business in Vietnam.
• Build and lead a team of people who are responsible for developing a credible sales pipeline and sustainable revenues
• Responsible for intelligent and make report market report with the supporting information from EIC , BCI
• Achieving targets for sales growth, revenue, etc.
Customer Service & Account Growth
• Act as the main liaison for key account customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Provide customized logistics solutions to meet client needs, achieving performance targets for sales growth and revenue.
Leadership & Team Coordination
• Facilitate collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to enhance service delivery.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Prepare reports for senior management to assess key account performance and business progress.
• Other assignment as delegated by Reporting Manager
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in freight forwarding and various logistics work related to renewable, project cargo and/or oil & gas business
• Good command of English language. 3rd Asian language will be added advantage.
• MBA is an advantage
• Good networking and experience working at in project logistics will be added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Project Management skills
• Strong knowledge in Infrastructure, O&G, Renewable, Cable and Dredging.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
