Job Purpose
Support pricing, sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth and margin improvement across B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor pricing by customer/channel; support pricing setup and manage exceptions
Support sales planning, track KPIs (growth, margin, productivity) and conduct variance analysis
Build and maintain reports/dashboards (Excel, Power BI); analyze business performance and provide actionable insights
Consolidate and validate sales forecasts; monitor accuracy and identify gaps
Support strategic planning (AOP, target allocation, portfolio analysis)
Assist in sales incentive calculation and data validation with Finance
Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and system automation (ERP/CRM, data warehouse)
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Finance, Business, Data, etc.)
1-3 years of experience in Commercial Planning / Sales Analyst / Business Analysis or related roles (FMCG/B2B preferred)
Strong skills in Excel & Power BI; basic SQL is a plus
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and handling data/reporting
Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and business-driven
Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure
