1. Trách nhiệm công việc
Community management:
Lead the growth and engagement of two strategic communities - a women-focused platform for first-time mothers and a men-focused platform for sports enthusiasts.
Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to community insights.
Recruit and nurture community members to foster loyalty and advocacy.
Facilitate user research through interviews, conversations and surveys.
Oversee community website updates using WordPress.
Build awareness through digital channels including Facebook, Zalo and more.
Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable reports.
Corporate marketing management:
Develop and lead strategic corporate marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
Manage company-wide communications across channels (website, PR, LinkedIn, events...).
Oversee corporate identity and ensure consistency in tone and design across all assets.
Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, with focus on brand equity and corporate engagement metrics.

1. Thái độ / Tính cách
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in community building and corporate communications. The ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator (Vietnamese & English), passionate about creating user-centric experiences, and skilled in
digital marketing tools such as WordPress, email platforms, and social media.
2. Kỹ năng
Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to mid-size teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to drive day-to-day execution.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Passionate about building communities and creating user-centric experiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
Confident in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
3. Kiến thức chuyên môn
3-5 years of experience in marketing and community building.
Hands-on experience with WordPress (content updates, basic management).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot).
Working knowledge of SEO principles.
Prior experience managing social media campaigns.
Background in content-driven or research-focused environments is a plus.
Knowledge of event marketing and employer branding is an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable.
Working time: 8h30 - 17h30 from Mon to Friday.
2 reward days on Friday per month.
