● Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in event or project management, NGO/Social Enterprise operations, educational community building, or related fields.
● Mindset & Adaptability: A resourceful "Swiss Army Knife" with a growth mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, resilient against resource constraints, and willing to roll up your sleeves (e.g., pitching to a major partner on Friday, hauling boxes of books to a park event on Sunday).
● Communication Skills: Bilingual storyteller with native-level fluency in Vietnamese (for school negotiations, pitching, and public speaking) and high proficiency in English (for international donor reporting and pitches).
● Aura & Energy: Dynamic, kid-friendly presence. You genuinely love working with children and possess the high energy, patience, and warmth needed to command a room of 50 kids.
● Ecosystem Navigation: Strong comfort level or prior experience in navigating relationships with local Vietnamese authorities, public school management, and community leaders.
● Mission Alignment: Deeply passionate about environmental conservation, sustainability, and youth-led behavioral change.
