Job summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced C&B Specialist to take ownership of our core compensation and benefits functions. In this role, you will heavily focus on Compensation & Benefits (60%), while also supporting Recruitment (20%), and External & Internal Networks, Legal, and Administrative tasks (20%). The ideal candidate must possess a strong mastery of payroll, social insurance, and labor laws to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

1. Compensation & Benefits (60%)
• Fully incharge of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Manage employee benefits, including insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs.
• Handle social insurance, tax declarations, trade union fund and labor-related payments.
• Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.
2. Recruitment (20%)
• Coordinate logistics for the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide administrative support to hiring managers and ensure recruitment data is kept up to date.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by collecting new-hire documentation and preparing induction schedules.
3. External & Internal Networks, Legal, and Admin (20%)
• Ensure full compliance of company practices with updated Labor Laws, company internal regulations, and relevant authorities.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR documentation, labor contract renewals, and formal legal filings.
• Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
• Assist in general HR projects and corporate process improvements.
Your Skills and Experience
Must-have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in C&B.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice-to-have:
• Experience in HR legal compliance and external relations.
• Knowledge of HR trends and best practices in the industry.

2. Working Environment
