Mô tả công việc
• Formulate, implement and sustain C&B strategies to ensure that the company is constantly updated and benchmarked with the market and the competitors to remain competitive with the changing market situation.
• Responsibility for the efficiency of overall HR operations and the compliance of local labour legislation and requirements.
• Audit, review and propose improvements in current HR manual and procedure
• Provide guidance and support to staff in HO HR and Store HR in the implementation of all C&B and Personnel Administration strategies.
• Understudy from Human Resource Director in the overall management of Company HR function.
• Conduct regular Self-HR Audit in HR HO and Stores.
• Payroll system (Cadena):
1. Co-leader of Cadena throughout the company
2. Plan according to needs the external support, training, audit and monitor cost and effectiveness
Internal
• Accountable to the Human Resources Director
• Advises, consults and coordinates with HO HoD's across all functions on HR related activities
• Close liaison with the HR Team in BKK to explore and exchange best practices in HR policies, processes.
External
• Manages external service providers such as executive search firms, employment agencies, educational institutions/universities, government agencies and authorities
• Deals with university academicians, students unions, trade and professional institutions to build up an essential network of management trainees resources
• Counterparts of other multinational organizations for benchmarking of best practices in human resources development.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree-holder with minimum 5 years' of experience in C&B in Vietnam market
• A proven record of 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in human resource management position, specialized in people development at management level in a dynamic multi-national and /or multi-cultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities; fluency in both verbal and written English
• Good counseling/advisory skills, strategic thinking and critical analytical ability, objectivity and open-minded are the essential personal attributes, ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job function
• Confident to operate effectively in a big corporate environment that demands massive coordination, emphasis on teamwork, open communication, innovation and performance orientation
• Results and people-oriented; service-minded and customer-focused
• High energy level, flexibility, willing to travel extensively.
