Mô tả công việc
1. Operational Management
Operational management: Manage and supervise the service provision of Outsource cleaning services, security services, parking service management, waste treatment management, telecommunications service management... to ensure all requirements are met demand for quality and efficiency
Develop goals, orientations, plans, and progress of implementing work and tasks of the teams: Cleaning, security, Parking, waste management
Set up operating procedures and general/specific instructions for each area in the complex
Develop a management and care plan suitable for each tenant (internal Tenant in Group, SM Tenant, Office ...)
Focal point to work and resolve issues related to operations between departments
2. Administrative Management
Maintain and manage the administrative work of the team such as managing estimates, cost management, reports, proposals, managing payment procedures, managing inventory records.
Manage progress - deadlines for licenses, certificates, inspections, related to operations
3. Maintain diplomatic relations with government agencies
Maintain relationships with Government agencies such as: Tay Ho District People's Committee, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee related to the operation of the Lotte Mall project (food safety, environmental sanitation, economics, and other administrative work...)
Connecting and receiving focal point with ward and district police to support solving security and order issues in Lotte Mall, PC07 fire protection police agency on issues and fire prevention procedures of Lotte, assigned police Support to solve traffic problems related to Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi
4. Others
Comply with the Internal Working Regulations and any other decisions issued by the Company

Yêu cầu
1. Required Abilities
3-5 years of experience in on-site operations management, including supervision of outsourced services such as cleaning, security, parking, waste management, or related service operations.
Experience in quality control, service management, and technical coordination is required.
Candidates with experience working in large-scale mixed-use developments (e.g., shopping malls, hotels, serviced residences, or office complexes) are preferred.
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong operational planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple service vendors and teams.
Good administrative and organizational skills, including cost control, reporting, and documentation management.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, tenants, and external stakeholders, including government authorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational issues in a timely manner.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
3. Others
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
High integrity and compliance with company regulations and procedures.
