What You Need to Do
● Understand Regulations:
○ Stay updated with regulations on payment services
○ Support Compliance Manager in advising management and internal stakeholders on compliance with MAS laws and other applicable international standards.
● AML/CFT Responsibilities:
○ Support the company's Compliance Manager in handling escalations, analysis, and reporting according to applicable MAS laws and regulations on AML/CFT.
● Risk Assessment and Audit:
○ Support the company's Compliance Manager in conducting regular and ad-hoc risk assessments on various compliance risk areas.
○ Support the the company's Internal Audit in auditing internal processes and documenting control weaknesses, including implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
● Regulatory Affairs:
○ Support the company's Compliance Manager to manage regulatory interactions with MAS or other authorities, including filings, reporting, consultations, and inspections.
● Global Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with headquarters and overseas teams to ensure alignment with global compliance standards while meeting local legal requirement
