An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, highly motivated Financial Crimes Specialist Manager to join this dynamic group. You will work as part of a specialist team and shall be responsible for providing quality support to internal clients across the business.
Job Description
This role will manage the company's complaince matters. It will advise on a broad range of matters including Internal and External Fraud, AML and Anti Bribery issues. It will include setting up and overseeing an effective control function, reviewing internal and external threats and developing and running investigations.
Represent the company in working with the competent authorities, where necessary
Research and recommend opinions and positions on Fraud and Anti Bribery issues to directors and senior management
Identify areas of engagement efficiency improvement and provide training when required.
Manage, supervise and develop staff and seniors
Support Head of Financial Crimes in monitoring and developing the team in other matters relating to compliance.
Yêu cầu
At least 5 years of working experience in services organisation
Financial Crimes and Anti Bribery compliance experience
Strong knowledge of Retail Financial services industries
Strong understanding and interpretation of legal issues influencing Vietnamese business transactions
Experience in Internal Audit and Forensic Advisory.
Strong analytical and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Bachelor degree with an emphasis in Finance or Law
