Responsibility 1: Reviewing internal processes, policies.
- Review and give advices for procedures/regulations/guidelines to issue or update one.
- Advice and ensure the procedures, company rules comply local law, COC or standard.
- Awareness of compliance or non-compliance to employees, department or division.
Responsibility 2: Update new regulations of law on retail industry, labor law, commerce, accounting and auditing... to Compliance team.
- Collect new regulations and update the main content of these to team.
- Analyze the effects of the new government regulation on the company's current regulations and propose adjustments (if any).
Responsibility 3: Conduct Compliance communication for all employees
- Collect data, make and issue newsletter quarterly or specific themes.
- Take care Compliance Corner at head office and monitor the corners at the stores.
- Work with ethics ambassadors to deploy compliance information.
- Transfer the approval program or campaigns to the stores.
Responsibility 4: Implement Monitoring Compliance Process
- Conduct monitoring compliance processes of all departments;
- Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified to the management and provides recommendations for improving the organization's operations.
- Provide support to the company's anti-fraud programs.
Responsibility 5: Other required tasks:
- Storage hard copies and soft files documents/materials of Compliance department.
- Follow action plan of the report and remind related department to fully supplement.
- All other tasks as reasonably requested by line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education (Trình độ học vấn):
- University Bachelor Degree or above.
Professional knowledge (Kiến thức chuyên môn/ tối đa không quá 05 nội dung):
- Law, Accounting and Auditing, Economics, Business Management or equivalent.
Necessary skills (Kỹ năng cần thiết/ tối đa không quá 05 nội dung):
- Analytical and problem identification skills;
- Communication and Problem Solving;
- Critical Thinking;
- Negotiation skills;
- Advanced skillful using office tools and system (Canva, Word, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Excel, GMD, SAP...).

- Can work well under high pressure, self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Integrity and honesty;
- Detail-oriented;
