Requirements Translation/Clarification:
Studying and researching the business requirements from end user.
Clarifying business needs from end user and pareparing the document to transfer to technical team.
Translate technical documents such as design documents, test cases, requirements, and workflows between Vietnamese/Chinese and other languages (e.g., Vietnamese, English).
Communication Facilitation:
Act as the primary communication link between the Chinese clients and the project team, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
Meeting Support:
Provide oral translation during meetings, both simultaneous and consecutive, between Chinese and English/Vietnamese-speaking team members.
Project Support:
Assist
project managers by ensuring effective communication, handling client requirements, and helping to resolve issues and change requests.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes and other project-related documentation.
Yêu cầu
Language Proficiency:
Strong fluency in Chinese and at least one other relevant language (e.g., English, Vietnamese). HSK level 5 or higher.
Technical Understanding:
Knowledge of ERP concepts, software development processes, and technical terminology to ensure accurate translation of complex information.
Has experience with Logistic, Supply chain management process is advance.
Has experience in Project Management skills is advance.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between different cultures and technical teams.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze and resolve communication or technical issues that may arise.
Professionalism:
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain professionalism.
Reporting and monitoring the tasks
Other Skills:
Often requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive and adaptable attitude.
Experience of 3 years or more.
